Manufacturing plywood parts is the company’s main activity today.
According to the customer’s requirements, several layers of peeling veneer are joined and glued together. This package is pushed into a press mold under the right pressure and at the right temperature until the part takes its solid form. The pegged parts are then finished to the customer’s requirements using CNC controlled machines. Finally, the milled parts are sanded and finished into a quality product. The plywood parts are finished in both varnish or lacquer quality and upholstery quality.
